What is included in Day Outing?

Is Day Outing booking separate from room booking?
Yes. Day Outing has its own booking form; overnight stays are requested through the separate Staycation page.
Can we change or cancel a confirmed online booking?
Confirmed online bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where Dreamland cancels a confirmed visit or stay under the published Booking Terms.
How do school groups get prices?
Submit the School Group Enquiry form with your preferred date and at least 40 students. Our team will share a quote.

What is the minimum school group size?
The minimum group size is 40 students.
What are the complimentary staff ratios?
One teacher is complimentary for every 10 students.

Please submit the school enquiry form with your school name, preferred date and group size to receive a direct quote.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is listed as 2:00 PM and check-out as 11:00 AM.
Can I shorten my stay after confirmation?
No. A confirmed online room booking cannot be shortened, cancelled, rescheduled, transferred or refunded.
What if Dreamland must cancel my room?
You will be offered an equal-value alternative date, subject to availability, or a full refund. Full policy.
What happens if payment fails?
The gateway normally reverses unsuccessful debits within 5–7 business days. Contact our team with your transaction reference if this does not happen.
