Please review the resort's terms and your chosen package before making a reservation.

Booking and Payment

Submitting a request or enquiry does not guarantee a reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after the resort confirms availability and the required payment succeeds. Day and Evening Outing tickets and confirmed room bookings are non-refundable except under the published Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.

Guest Responsibilities

Arrive with the booking confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID for the lead guest.
Follow resort staff instructions and observe activity-specific safety and age/height restrictions.
Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults or the school's designated staff.
Guests are responsible for damage they cause to resort property, subject to applicable law.

Activities and Facilities

Access to activities, food counters and facilities is governed by the purchased package and published timings. Weather, safety checks and maintenance can affect availability. If Dreamland cancels a confirmed visit or stay, the options in the Booking Policy apply.

Groups, Schools & Events

School, corporate and celebration plans are subject to a written quote or event agreement. Current school group minimum: 40 students, with one complimentary teacher per 10 students. Pricing is shared directly through the School Enquiry form.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that apply under applicable consumer law.
